Konstantin Simeonov is a Shevchenko Prize winner, chief conductor of the Ukrainian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Kyiv Opera. He was the first performer of some symphonic works by Borys Liatoshynsky, Heorhiy Maiboroda and others.
