Oleksandr Taranets is a conductor, musician, and teacher, who studied at the Kyiv Conservatory and worked as a soloist with the Ukrainian State Variety Orchestra. He was the first performer of the songs “My Native Mother,” “Marigolds,” “Ash Trees,” and “Autumn Path.”
