Memoirs of the teacher Petro Suk about Platon Maiboroda

Audio recording from 1988. Choral conductor and teacher Petro Suk shares his memories of the composer Platon Maiboroda. The interview was edited by Oksana Prylypko.

Reference: Petro Suk is a Ukrainian choirmaster, music educator, and director of the Reinhold Glier Kyiv Music School. He studied at a music school and conservatory in Kyiv, and later was a student at the Tashkent Conservatory. After returning to Kyiv, he worked at the Kyiv State Music School. From 1957 to 1968, he was the director of the choir of the Kyiv Opera and Ballet Theater.
