Recognizing the builders: Dniester HPP

Chernivtsi region, Sokyryany district. The video shows the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, honoring the builders in connection with the commissioning of the first two units of the hydroelectric power plant and the construction of the city of Novodnistrovsk, the construction of a buffer reservoir, and the overfulfillment of the five-year plan.

Reference: Dniester HPP is one of the hydroelectric power plants on the Dniester River, located in southwestern Ukraine. For its construction in the 1970s and 1980s, the Soviet government flooded the territory of 31 villages in the Chernivtsi and Khmelnytsky regions.
