Reference: Abram Shtern is a violinist and teacher, laureate of the 1st prize of the First All-Ukrainian Competition of Young Performers. He was born on March 19, 1919 in the town of Narodichi, Zhytomyr region. During the Second World War, Abram Stern gave concerts in hospitals and military units. Later he emigrated with his family to the USA.
