The video shows a press conference following the meeting of the CIS heads of state.

In the presidium, the following people answer questions from journalists: President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk, President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Moldova Mircea Snegur, President of Belarus Stanislav Shushkevich, President of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev, President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan, President of Tajikistan Rakhmon Nabiyev, and President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

They talk about the succession of countries and the situation with the Armed Forces. Leonid Kravchuk answers a question about Ukraine's nuclear disarmament, saying that the succession of the army is unlikely to be signed by the countries, and that Ukraine will be guided by the interests of the people in its decisions.

Boris Yeltsin is asked about the division of USSR property and the situation with the Black Sea Fleet. He does not answer this question. He also does not answer the question of when economic reforms will improve life in Russia.
