The video shows two parts of the program: ships at sea, the captain's cabin, the small anti-submarine ship Khmelnytsky, interviews with Ukrainian and English officers and sailors, festive formation, moored ships, sailors on deck, interviews with the captains of the Georgian ship, training at the training ground, shooting, tactical medicine, and formation.

Information: “Sea Breeze is a multinational military exercise that has been held in Ukraine since 1997. The exercise is co-organized by Ukraine and the United States. Their goal is to improve cooperation and coordination between the countries of the Black Sea region, except for Russia, and to practice maneuvers at sea and on land. Under the agreement, Ukraine provides military and civilian infrastructure on the Black Sea coast, while the United States supports the exercises financially and provides assistance with equipment and supplies.

In 1997, Sea Breeze was held near Donuzlav and at the Shyroky Lan training ground. The sea phase took place in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. Six countries took part in the command post exercise.
