The video shows one of the stabilization centers in Donetsk region: the work of doctors, blood transfusion, surgery, medical equipment and machinery, bringing in a wounded person, examination, and assistance.

Reference: A stabilization point is a place where combat medics evacuate the wounded. There they examine the soldiers and stabilize their condition. It is located close to the front line and is where the injured are to receive first aid, emergency surgery, and stabilization so they can be transported to a hospital.
