Electoral fraud in 2004: the court's verdict

Kyiv, December 3, 2004. The Supreme Court of Ukraine announces the verdict on the complaint filed by Yushchenko's representatives regarding massive violations of electoral law during the second round of the presidential election.

The Trial Chamber declared the results of the second round of the November 21 presidential election invalid, the actions of the CEC in establishing the results of the second round of voting unlawful, and the court scheduled the second round for December 26.
