Note: Russian President Vladimir putin paid a working visit to Kyiv on December 22, 2006. He met separately with the Ukrainian prime minister and president and took part in a meeting of the Ukrainian-russian interstate commission “Yushchenko-putin” to discuss cooperation in the oil and gas sector, the basing of the Black Sea Fleet, and trade and economic cooperation.
