The plot is about the creation of Public Broadcasting in Ukraine on the basis of the National Television and Radio Company, the Kultura channel and 28 regional state television and radio companies.
The video shows a TV tower, the Kyiv TV center (“Oliven”), a TV control room, and the Ukrtelefilm building. Fragments of the programs “About the Main,” “News,” and “News World” are used.
