CIS Free Trade Area: Document Development

A plot about the meeting of the presidents of Ukraine (Leonid Kuchma), the russian federation (Volodymyr Putin), Kazakhstan (Nursultan Nazarbayev), and Belarus (Alexander Lukashenko) dedicated to discussing further cooperation and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries. In particular, the meeting discussed the creation of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Free Trade Area and a number of agreements on the documented definition of state borders between states.
