The program “Pidranky” is about the representatives of the “Executed Renaissance”, writers Mykola Khvylovyi, Mykola Kulish, and Mykola Cherniavskyi.
The program uses black-and-white footage of Stalin, documentary photographs depicting writers and performances of Mykola Kulish's plays, a manuscript by writer Ivan Dniprovsky with notes about Mykola Khvylyovyi, a manuscript of Mykola Cherniavsky's will, footage of Mykola Cherniavsky's memorial house in Kherson, and the Kherson Literary Museum.
The program was prepared by the author and director Anatoliy Marushchak, cameramen Andriy Gidulyanov and Volodymyr Strokach.
