Ternopil, September 23, 2007. VI All-Ukrainian festival of Cossack songs “Baida”. Closing of the festival.

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko addresses the people of Ternopil with a welcoming speech, talking about the political and linguistic situation in the country, the country's development prospects, the parliamentary crisis, the upcoming parliamentary elections, economic dynamics, and social policy.

The participants of the celebration, the president, and government officials sing “Many Years!” and the anthem “Ukraine Has Not Yet Died.”
