Leonid Kuchma: visit to Odesa region

Leonid Kuchma inaugurates a new high-pressure gas pipeline and a new Danube-Black Sea shipping channel in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. During his visit, the President also visited the border guard outpost in Vilkovo, inspected the center for regulating ship traffic and the technical observation post.
