Lesya Ukrainka: “There is only hope left...”

2012, Volyn TV and Radio Company, a TV movie about the life of Ukrainian writer, translator, and cultural activist Lesya Ukrainka (Larysa Kosach) in Lutsk.

Comments: Nazar Tlabuz, researcher at the Volyn Museum of Local Lore; Serhiy Romanov, PhD in Philology, research secretary at the Lesya Ukrainka Research Institute; Tetiana Danyliuk-Tereshchuk, head of the Lesya Ukrainka Museum at Lesya Ukrainka National University; and the director of the Old Lutsk Historical and Cultural Reserve.

The film was created by Olha Sorochuk.

The TV movie featured Lesya Ukrainka's poem “Hope” performed by Nadiya Krukovska.
