The film is about collective speeches by scholars of the Faculty of Philology in the assembly hall of Chernivtsi State University on the topic ‘The anti-people nature of bourgeois nationalism and Zionism’. The speakers are professor and head of the Department of Ukrainian Literature Vasyl Lesyn, writer Chaim Malamuda, associate professor Mykhailo Ivasyuk, head of the regional branch of the Writers' Union, lecturer Viktor Kosichenko, and lecturer and poet Anatoliy Dobriansky.
