The program tells about the USSR Peoples' Spartakiad held in Kyiv, gymnastics competitions, stunt training, rowing, and cycling.
The interviewees: Olympic champion Tamara Bykova, coach Anatolii Solomin, champion of the Spartakiad Vitalii Popovych, foreign coach Oleh Blokhin, Honored Coach of the USSR Albina Deryuhina, Volodymyr Volodymyrov, Valentyn Myslyvyi, Leonid Kanevskyi, and others.
