For reference: The Festival of Arts of Ukraine is an all-Ukrainian cultural and artistic event open to all areas and genres of art, professional and amateur art groups, and individual artists, which is held to promote the development of academic, traditional folk and contemporary arts, professional and amateur creativity, and popularization of ethnic and cultural traditions of the regions of Ukraine. The festival was founded in 2008.
