The festival is attended by: Dmytro Shepelenko; folk vocal ensemble “Kamerton”; vocal ensemble “Lugari”; People's Artist of Ukraine Mykhailo Holubovych; song and dance ensemble “Legend”; combined choirs “Alma Mater” and “Blagovist”; vocal ensemble “Obriy”; Vladyslav Sytnyk; circus and choreographic groups of Luhansk region; vocal ensemble “Patrol”; new-folk group “Sobor”; dance groups “Losk” and “Nova Hvilya”; vocal quartet “Suzirya”.

The festival was founded in 2008.
