Reference: The missile cruiser "Ukraine" is a Soviet, and later Ukrainian warship, which after the collapse of the USSR in 1993 was transferred to Ukraine with a readiness level of 75%. Built in Mykolaiv, the cruiser was never completed due to lack of funding, although in the mid-2000s its readiness reached 95%. In 2017, a decision was made to demilitarize it, and in the future, it may be sold or turned into a museum. The ship is currently in Mykolaiv in a non-combat condition.
