Luhansk regional state administration seized

The video shows the building of the Luhansk regional state administration seized by separatists. Barricades at the entrance, the russian flag and St. George's ribbon over the RSA, armed separatists in the building, barbed wire, tires, broken windows, blocked entrances, the russian flag on the militants' machine guns.
