The film-story "The Truth Told by an Eyewitness" about the master of easel and book graphics Zinovy Tolkachov, his work during World War II, his military career, exhibitions. Reproductions of the artist's works in the form of albums, graphic drawings, color compositions are demonstrated.

Reference: Zinovy Tolkachov is a Ukrainian Soviet graphic artist and painter, a front-line artist. He created a series of graphic works about the tragedies of Majdanek and Auschwitz, as well as designs for Holocaust monuments. He worked in monumental art, book and easel graphics, and taught at the Kyiv Art Institute.
