The video shows part of the Rukh meeting: Ivan Drach, Volodymyr Yavorivsky, Dmytro Pavlychko in the presidium, reading notes from the audience; Vyacheslav Chornovil's speech - the audience gives him a standing ovation, Chornovil speaks about the Rukh's activities, whether strikes are needed in Lviv region, cooperation with the diaspora, the People's Council, presidential elections, dissolution of the parliament, Crimea, eastern regions of Ukraine, and the federal system; other participants also speak: Mykola Kutsenko (Poltava region), Henrik Altunyan (Kharkiv), Mykola Yakovyna (in his speech he mentioned Stepan Bandera as a Hero of Ukraine), Atibar Taymurov (representative of the Azerbaijani People's Front), Volodymyr Pylypenko (Kremenchuk), Rostyslav Mayoryk (tractor driver from Ternopil region), Rostyslav Zatkhay from Poliske village (his speech concerns the problems of Chernobyl), Volodymyr Bleshko (Dnipropetrovs'k region).

Reference: The Second Congress of the People's Movement of Ukraine was held on October 25-28, 1990 in Kyiv. At this congress, the main goal of the movement's activities was defined as the independence of Ukraine. The words “for perestroika” were removed from its name. Ivan Drach was elected chairman of the Movement, and Mykhailo Horyn and Oleksandr Lavrynovych were elected deputies.

The central leadership of the Movement, the Secretariat, the Political Council, the Coordination Council, the Council of Colleges, and the Council of Nationalities were also elected.
