Old Arias Yaroslav Hnatiuk

A film-concert with the participation of Ukrainian opera singer Yaroslav Hnatiuk.

The following arias are heard from George Frideric Handel's operas "O torments of heavy thoughts", from the opera "Otto", the recitative and aria of Rinaldo from the opera "Rinaldo", "Who mocks goodness all his life", canzonas by Tommaso Giordani "Oh my dear!", Giulio Caccini "Amarilli", sonnets by Michelangelo Buonarroti and Francesco Petrarch.

Reference: Yaroslav Hnatiuk is a Ukrainian singer (baritone), Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1990). He graduated from the Kyiv Conservatory, worked as an artist of the choir of the Ukrainian Radio and Television (1966–1968), a soloist of the Ukrainian Folk Choir named after Hryhoriy Veryovka (1975–1983), and also a soloist of the State Television and Radio of Ukraine (from 1981). He toured in Latin America, Czechoslovakia, Germany, and Canada, and later went abroad.
