Note: On the afternoon of March 24, an explosion was heard in Sumy. As a result of the Russian strike, a fire broke out in a high-rise building. Windows in neighboring buildings were also damaged.
Ninety-four people sought medical assistance, including 71 adults and 23 children, and as of the morning of March 25, 101 injured people were known to have been injured.

Twenty-six buildings of various purposes and forms of ownership were damaged, including three schools, a kindergarten, a vocational school, an interschool training and production facility, a hospital, 16 residential buildings, a restaurant and entertainment complex, a service station, and an administrative building of a company. In total, more than 3,000 windows were smashed and roofs in eight apartment buildings and four private houses were damaged. The roofs of four apartment buildings need major repairs. Seven buildings remain without water and gas supply.
