The film Death is Fated for All of Us is dedicated to the memory of the Ukrainian artist and dissident Alla Horska.
The following people share their memories of the human rights activist: artist Liudmyla Semykina, artist Opanas Zalyvakha, writer Yevhen Sverstiuk, poet Ivan Svitlychnyi and his wife Leonida Svitlychna, MP Les Taniuk, and Alla Horska's son Oles Zaretskyi.
The film uses works by Alla Horska and Viktor Zaretsky, and features poems by Vasyl Stus and Ivan Svitlychnyi.
Reference: Alla Horska is a Ukrainian artist of the Sixties, one of the most famous figures of the human rights movement of the 1960s. Her artistic oeuvre includes painting, graphics, and monumental and decorative art. Her style combines the influences of the Ukrainian avant-garde, folk art, and boychukism. She died tragically in 1970.
