Mykola Melnychenko: the author of the “cassette scandal”

2005, National Television Company of Ukraine. The program “Under the circumstances” is dedicated to the murder of Ukrainian journalist Georgiy Gongadze and the involvement of Mykola Melnychenko, a major of the State Guard and author of the “cassette scandal”, in these events.
