2008, National Television Company of Ukraine. The program “The House in which the Theater Lives” is dedicated to the history of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater.
The video features the history of the theater's construction, an excursion into the theater life of Kyiv in the early twentieth century, archival newsreels from different years, fragments of performances, materials from the H. Pshenychnyi Central State Film Archive of Ukraine. Pshenychnyi, a fragment from the feature film “Chasing Two Hares”, archival photos of old Kyiv in the late nineteenth century, the artistic director of the Ivan Franko Theater Hnat Yura, actress of the Ivan Franko Theater Natalia Uzhviy, actor of the Ivan Franko Theater Arkadiy Hashynskyi, black-and-white photos of the Solovtsova Theater, silent film footage.
