A man of will. Mykhailo Soroka

2010, National Television Company of Ukraine. The program “A Man of Will” is dedicated to the tragic life and love of Mykhailo Soroka, a Ukrainian nationalist, political prisoner, member of the OUN, and his wife Kateryna Zarytska.

The video includes screenshots and interviews with former political prisoners: Bohdan Horyn, Dariia Husiak, Yaroslav Perchyshyn, Volodymyr Leoniuk, Mykhailo Horyn, Ivan Karpinsky, Ivan Rusyn, Oleksandr Hrynko, Bohdan Soroka, Liubov Brikaylo-Soroka; reconstruction of historical events, footage of Prague and Lviv, historical archival footage.

Materials from the Central State, Pshenychnyi, and State Film and Photo Archives, footage from the feature film The Ogre, and personal archives were used.
