The documentary film is dedicated to the life and creative path of the poet Olena Teliga.

The film uses the texts of letters and poems by Olena Teliga, as well as fragments of journalistic articles: "To the Problem of Style", "Strength Through Joy", "Party of Life", "Open the Window!", "Brotherhood to the People!".

Reference: Olena Teliga is a Ukrainian poet, publicist, literary critic, and active member of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists. In 1941–1942, she headed the Union of Ukrainian Writers in Kyiv, edited the literary and artistic weekly "Litavry" at the newspaper "Ukrainian Word", and participated in the activities of the Ukrainian underground. In February 1942, she was shot by German occupation troops in Babyn Yar.
