Reference: Mykola Antonovych Machkivsky is a Ukrainian writer, poet, prose writer, journalist, editor, literary consultant. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Lviv University (1968), worked in a number of regional and republican publications, and was the editor-in-chief of the "Podillia" publishing house. Author of over 30 books, including novels, short stories, and poetry collections, as well as memoir prose. Member of the National Union of Ukrainian Writers since 1979, founder of the "Literary Khmelnytsky" museum.
