The program includes performances by folklore groups from Ukraine, Argentina, Zaire, Israel, the Philippines, Finland, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and Poland: the ensemble "Veselka" (Vinnytsia, Ukraine), the group "El Tala" (Argentina), the Palestinian ensemble "Jafra" (Galilee, Israel), the ensemble "Metallurg" (Zaporizhia, Ukraine), the folklore group "Zilvitis" (Lithuania), the ensemble "Chervona Kalina" (Ternopil, Ukraine), "Folklorico" (Philippines), "Yavorina" (Czech Republic), "Volynyanka" (Lutsk, Ukraine).

Reference: The International Festival "Polish Summer with Folklore" was founded in 1994 in the city of Lutsk under the auspices of CIOFF — the International Council of Organizations of Folklore and Traditional Arts Festivals, which operates under UNESCO. In 1996, Ukraine was admitted to CIOFF, and an office of the Ukrainian National Section of this organization was established in Lutsk.
