"Palitra": Chernivtsi Media Festival

Chernivtsi Television. The August 30, 2004 issue of the "Palitra" program is dedicated to the opening of the first regional festival of electronic and printed media and books of the Chernivtsi region.

On the video: performance by the duet "Skrynia" (Maria and Volodymyr Loburaki); presentation of regional bulletins, various plans of newspapers and other printed publications.
