Reference: Igor Yukhnovsky (1925–2024) — Ukrainian theoretical physicist, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, public and political figure. He was a member of parliament for several terms, headed the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, and became the first leader of the opposition parliamentary group ‘People's Council’ in the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR.
