Reference: Kyrylo Osmak is a Ukrainian agrarian scientist, public and political figure, member of the Central Rada, head of the Underground Government of Ukraine and president of the Ukrainian Main Liberation Council (1944). He was repeatedly arrested by the Soviet authorities, spent his last years in the Vladimir Central, where he tragically died. Posthumously honored with memorial signs, renaming of streets and awarded the Order of Freedom (2018).
