March of Heroes' Glory, 2016

Reference: Julian Matviychuk (1989–2023) was a Ukrainian public figure, member of the Poltava City Council from the Svoboda party, and military serviceman. An active participant in the Revolution of Dignity, he fought as a volunteer in the Azov battalion from 2014, later serving in the 116th Territorial Defence Brigade, specifically in the SOLOVEY aerial reconnaissance group. On 15 May 2023, he was seriously wounded near the village of Heorhiivka in Donetsk Oblast and died in hospital on 20 May. He was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the Golden Star.

Theodor Dyachun (1927–2021) was a Ukrainian fighter in the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) and head of the Bilotserkivka branch of the Vasyl Yakubyak Brotherhood of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists-Ukrainian Insurgent Army (OUN-UPA). He was born on 20 March 1927 in the village of Stehnykivtsi, Ternopil region. At the age of 14, he joined the underground. In 1949, he was arrested and sentenced to death, but the sentence was commuted to 25 years in prison, which he served in Kazakhstan. After his stay in Soviet camps, he returned and lived in Bila Tserkva, where he was actively involved in public and educational activities and was an honorary citizen of the city. He died on 24 May 2021 at the age of 95 after a serious illness.
