Reference: On October 10, 2022, Russian forces carried out a large-scale missile and air strike on Ukrainian territory, targeting mainly civilian and critical infrastructure. At least 14-20 people were killed and another 97-108 wounded. Many infrastructure facilities were damaged: power plants, residential buildings, critical facilities in several regions and in Kyiv. There were major power outages: parts of Lviv, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, and other regions were left without electricity.
