Reference: Selichivka is a village in the Baryshivka settlement community of the Brovary district of the Kyiv region, first mentioned in 1603 in a letter from Prince Konstantin Ostrohsky. The population is about 1,100 people. Historically, it belonged to the Baryshivka Hundred of the Pereyaslav Regiment, known as the center of grain farming and crafts of Left-Bank Ukraine.
