Raider seizure of the Ozerka market

The video shows the raider seizure of the city's central market, Ozerka. At night, the offenders attempt to cut through the metal gates with a grinder, while Berkut special forces repel the attack, using flashbang grenades and detaining the attackers.

Reference: On 30 October 2006, an attempt was made to seize the central market ‘Ozerka’ in Dnipro by force — about two hundred armed people broke into the territory, using explosive packages and reinforcement bars. Law enforcement officers and market security guards were injured in the clash, and more than 90 attackers were detained. According to participants, the attack was organised by criminal authority ‘Netrik’ (Oleg Netrepko) together with regional council deputy from the Vitrenko faction, Oleksiy Kesarytskyi.
