Chernivtsi TV celebrates its 40th anniversary. Part 1

Chernivtsi, 2001. Celebration of the 40th anniversary of television at the Olga Kobylianska Theater, hosted by Zhanna Ivanovska and Vasyl Ilashchuk.

Greetings are given by: Yurii Teron, general director of Chernivtsi Television; Liudmyla Yegorova, first television announcer; Vasyl Selezinka, chief television director; journalists Oleksandr Svintsitskyi and Yurii Maksymiuk; Ivan Fede, head of the Romanian-language television program production department.

The video features: a story about the first programs (black-and-white video); the television staff of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s are invited on stage; archival video and photos; excerpts from Chernivtsi Television programs.
