Chervonohrad: 1985

Lviv Television, 1985. The film “Copper over the Bug” about mines in the city of Chervonohrad (now Sheptytsky) and in the Volyn region.

The video shows the Western Bug River, streets, residential buildings, people walking in parks, Count Pototsky's palace, mine shafts, industrial buildings, a sanatorium-preventorium, motorcycle races at the stadium, flowers being laid at the monument to Soviet soldiers, and the awarding of miners from the Velykomostivska mine.

Interviews: builder Burmas, foreman Anatoly Akimov; party organizer Parkalov, director of the Ukrzakhidvuhillya association Markov, foreman Shkolyarenko.

The film is in Russian and contains Soviet propaganda.
