Odessa TV "Lad". The program "Smile Tenderly Youth" from July 1, 2005 is dedicated to an interview with the head of the Bereziv district state administration, director of the Odessa State Regional Archive Ivan Nitochko.

Author and co-author of scientific research works on the history and local history of Odessa and the region, in his activities he combines civil service, archival studies and regional historical studies.
