Reference: Anatoliy Rekubratsky is a Ukrainian poet, prose writer, and journalist, member of the Writers' Union of Ukraine, and winner of the Mykola Nahnybida Literary Prize. His work combines lyrical poetry, civic journalism, and prose, and his works have been translated into many languages. One of his most famous songs is “Nepodilna Bulava” (The Indivisible Mace), created in collaboration with composer Anatoliy Serdyuk. In the 1990s, this song was played in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and during mass civil actions, in particular on Independence Square.
