The film-concert "Hello, Spring..." is dedicated to the performance of the children's amateur art collective of the village of Khomutets, Myrhorod district, Poltava region and the folk choir "Kalyna" of the Volodymyr Korolenko Poltava Pedagogical Institute.
The program includes Ukrainian folk songs: "Bless, Mother", "Already the Red Sun", "Oh, Come Out, Periwinkle", "Pidkivochky", "Don't Go, Hrytsya, to the Street", "Crane", "The Lark Has Arrived", "The Sun Didn't Rise in the Morning".
The ancient rite "Meeting Spring", which existed in the Poltava region at the end of the 17th century, is demonstrated, recorded by a resident of the village of Khomutets, Yavdokhiya Andrienko.
