Reference: Stepan Moldavchuk is a Hutsul amateur singer and folklore collector from the Rakhiv region, known as a carrier and popularizer of traditional Hutsul sung culture. During his life, he collected and recorded in a handwritten notebook several hundred kolomyikas and folk songs in different languages, some of which he created himself, and some he recorded from the oral tradition of the region. His activities contributed to the preservation of the folklore heritage of the Hutsul region and the popularization of historical and social motifs of the local song repertoire.
