Uzhhorod Botanical Garden

The program "Chinadievo: social portrait" — is a story about the life of a village in the Mukachevo region, its inhabitants, the work of local institutions and the development of the social sphere. The program shows the school, bakery, district hospital, art school, work of the village council and everyday life of Chinadiyev. Representatives of local institutions talk about the problems faced by residents and the achievements of the village. The program ends with the performance of Taras Petrynenko and Tetyana Horobets with the song "White Ocean". The video uses filming of artists during their stay in Transcarpathia and a concert at the Transcarpathian Music and Drama Theater.

Chinadievo: a village in Mukachevo region

International Shevchenko literary and artistic holiday "In a free, new family" in the Transcarpathian Regional Music and Drama Theater. The concert program features works to the words of Taras Shevchenko performed by soloists of the Taras Shevchenko National Opera of Ukraine, the Hryhoriy Veryovka National Academic People's Choir and other participants of the holiday.

History of Brashchaykiv Street in Uzhhorod

Transcarpathian Television, 2004. The art program "Memory of Childhood" is dedicated to the Slovak national minority in the village of Turya-Remeta, Transcarpathian region and their Christmas traditions.

In the video: a girl prays in Slovak, recites poetry, a shopka; acquaintance with a Slovak family, Slovak traditions, cooking traditional dishes; caroling; a story about the cultural and material heritage of the Perechyn region, where the Slovak national minority lives compactly.

Reference: Slovaks of Ukraine are one of the indigenous national minorities of Transcarpathia, the majority of whose representatives historically live in the Uzhhorod, Perechyn, Mukachevo and Velykoberezny districts of the region. In Perechyn, the Slovak community was formed as a result of centuries-old migration processes and has preserved certain linguistic, cultural and ethnographic features, which are part of the multinational heritage of the Transcarpathian region.

Grape Harvest Festival in Transcarpathia

The plot from August 17, 2002 is dedicated to the "Festival of Romantic Souls" named after the Czech writer Ivan Olbracht.

Reference: The Ugolsky Monastery in the village of Ugolsky in Transcarpathia is one of the oldest Orthodox monasteries in the region, founded in the pre-Mongol period. The first written mention dates back to 1558, when the ambassadors of the Moscow Tsar Ivan IV the Terrible, returning from Constantinople, described the monastery and three mineral springs nearby. After being closed during the Soviet era, the monastery was revived in 1990 as the Assumption Orthodox Convent.
