"Kyiv through the eyes of children", 2000

In the video, pupils from the Ukrainian Humanities Lyceum of the Taras Shevchenko Institute, together with pupils from Kyiv’s art schools, talk about Kyiv. The first part is devoted to the historic district of Kyiv — Podil and the city centre: churches, monasteries, the monument to Saint Volodymyr, the banks of the Dnipro, St. Sophia Square, Andriivsky Uzviz, Volodymyrska Street, the Golden Gate, panoramic views of Kyiv from a helicopter, the city’s streets, architecture, and opening sequences.
