History of Trukhanov Island

2010, National Television Company of Ukraine. Documentary film "Secrets of the Island on the Dnieper" about the history of Trukhaniv Island.

On the video: screensavers, nature of the island, newsreels (a village of watermen on the island, the Mechanical Plant of the Dnieper Steamship Company, recreation of the island's population, yachts on the Dnieper, Matviyiv Bay, the island during the flood, the Dovbych Strait, German occupiers on the island, post-war life on the island). The history of the island is told by local historian, head of the youth club "Desantnik" department Vyacheslav Dzivaltovsky.
