Reference: The gas explosion in a residential building in Dnipro was a man-made disaster on October 13, 2007 at 127 Mandrykivska Street, which resulted in the death of 23 people, 20 more were injured, and the entrance of a 10-story building on the Peremoga-1 estate was completely destroyed. The cause of the tragedy was found to be a malfunction of the gas distribution point and negligence of the Dniprogaz enterprise, whose managers were later arrested.
